What is one food you know you probably eat too much of, but can't/won't stop?

For me, it's definitely any nut butter or spread.  I know the fat content is high, and so are the calories, and sometimes it's not worth it, but I usually get about two servings of this stuff a day.

Do you have one? What is it?

Popcorn with oodles of butter.  It's one of my favorite things to eat.  I don't think there's ever been a movie I've attended at the theatre without a bag of popcorn.

CEREAL and lots of it. I've managed to keep the peanut butter out of the house, but I won't stop buying cereal.

Definitely diet Coke. (Although I'm not drinking as much as I used to, probably about two cans a day during the week, but I got some Crystal Light last week so I can keep my can count down on weekends.)

Hi Hannikate, if nut butter is your guilty indulgence, you're doing just fine!  :-)  There is a lot of good healthy fat in there, and it's probably keeping your skin and hair beautiful.

My guilty indulgence has been chocolate.  I eat it at two meals a day, but I've managed to get the amount down to reasonable, and it's always dark, because of all the alleged health benefits (though I must admit that's not why I eat it!).

Bread for me I think, despite brown bread I still crave the carbs! :( So understandably I love pasta, rice, potatoes etc. etc.

Soft serve ice cream, I can go all day eating healthy, in fact my ex-husband didn't want to have lunch with me the other day, he said our diets were to different now. Guess he tought I'd give him tofu and steamed greens :-) he could use some. But at the end of the day I always get a craving for a chocolate vanila cone with rainbow sprinkles !

Porridge. Or oatmeal, to some. I eat... way... way too much. Hahaha. I know how to control my portions but I eat it every day. >>;

ugh i wish I could stop eating sweet things, my sugar intake is entirely too high between the sugary protein bars and the 100 calorie packs :( I really need to get some self-control

Sweets for sure. Most notably ice cream. I love it and so I reserve a couple hundred cals a day so I can have a treat at night!

Right now I am crazy for Trader Joes Kettle Corn - sweet and salty - not too bad on the calorie count but I can eat A LOT of it.

Also, love ice cream - I am trying to only stick with frozen yogurt and buying it one serving at a time, not keeping any in the freezer

def pb. the 100% natural kind though. lol=P

I have tried so hard to give this food up but yesterday I just accepted that I cannot for the life of me stop eating WHITE BREAD! I love it way too much no matter how processed, bleached, and bad for you it is. It is so good. I also eat a lot of cereal (sugary cereal) which I guess isn't as bad but I should switch to less sugary cereals.

Bread, peanut butter, and cereal :(

Carrots when they're in the house.  They are my biggest trigger and if I binge they generally are the starter.  It sucks too because my mom is thinking about starting to diet so she keeps them around all the time but NEVER eats them so they're always there tempting me.  I used to just keep them out of the house.

-bread

-pretzels

-popcorn

-cookies

-melon

-ice cream

I'd have to say Dr Pepper was the biggest... 2-3 cans a day!  I have cut it out almost completely though.  Next would be white bread and cheese... luv me some cheese!

pizza!  The moment I have it my mind switches into "treat" mode and I just cant force myself to only a slice or two.

Artificial sweeteners and caffeine.  I may try to not use the fake "sugars" one of these days, but I've tried to kick caffeine probably a dozen of times in the past 4 years and just can't do it.

not a food, but my biggest weakness is beer. delicious, refresing beer. i almost wish i had never discovered the good stuff, or my beer drinking days would have probably ended at my last college frat party. the nation of belgium is singlehandedly ruining my diet.

...and what's wrong with melon?

Yeah, it's nut butter for me, especially peanut butter. oh, the creamy goodness...

although i am ADDICTED to the buttery goodness that is avocado!
