One more pound!

Quote  |  Reply

So, I've got one more pound to lose before I've lost more than I need to lose to reach my goal ( that was a mouth full!!)

What I can't stand is although I'm noticeably losing weight I just can't work off the midriff flab, very frustrating. Not that I want to flash off my bod or anything but I find it hideous.

Help? Smile

Just keep losing, that's really all you can do! As long as you aren't getting to the underweight category :] Sadly, there's no such thing as spot reducing.

Or you could work on weight training - it won't spot burn flab, but it will help your overall appearence - make you look "firmer"

Hang On...you are so close to really seeing the results even in your worst areas!  I just crossed over to lost 13, 12 to go!  And yes it is just an awesome feeling and YES I can see....I actually do have a cute belly button!  So just stick to the plan....it is working it just takes time.

Depends on if it is ''flab'' - loose skin - or fat. Loose skin ain't gonna go anywhere without 'dr. 90210' but fat....keep on working out.
