Does one off day (on the low side) hurt you?
Yesterday I had probably 250 cals or so less than i had hoped (and had been up from 7am-330 this morning w/excercise). If i go back to what I had been eating will I maintain weight?

Do you thiknk people who don't count calories eat exactly the same amount of cals a day? No chance! Sometimes you eat like.. 500 less, sometmes 500 more etc. It doesnt matter as long as your within range most of the time!

i think having a day where you eat a little more or eat what you want is good for you. i usually take saturday and make it a "relaxed calorie" day. i dont really eat unhealthy foods but i usually eat more calories than i do thru week.
