One option for breakfast, EVERY day for the rest of your life?

If you had to eat the same thing for breakfast every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

it's down to 2 choices: bagel with cream cheese, or greek yogurt with fruit & granola. because sometimes I'm craving "savory" bread-like things and other days I really want something fruity.

but I think in the end the bagel would win. with raspberry iced tea!

I CAN'T DO IT. I CAN'T.

Okay. *breathes*

So, so, difficult. I adore breakfast.

Probably... corn pops and fruit salad. =/ I think. But only the good round crispy ones, not the misshapen icky ones.

cup noodles with lime juice, lots of tapatio picante sauce, and shredded chicken leg or thigh.

*drools*

6 boiled egg whites, two slices of bacon, and one english muffin with a tiny bit of butter.

This is super hard! Breafast is my favorite meal of the day! It's the only meal you can get away with eating all sweet stuff! Wink

Mine would probably be FF Vanilla Yogurt with flaxseed, Mom's Natural's Cinnamon Squares cereal, and cinnamon with fruit salad (blueberries, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, and apples) and coffee (Truvia and French Vanilla creamer).

Although, a PB, Banana and Honey Quesadilla/Sandwich sounds pretty good too! Or oatmeal with all kinds of mix ins. Or a good morning wrap (cottage cheese, sweetner/honey, crushed pineapple, and granola in a tortilla) Or pancakes.....yeah I can't choose! I'm just a little indecisive! LOL!

cinnamon spice oatmeal

3 eggs Benedict with extra hollandaise sauce, waffle house cheese(4) and eggs(6) and don't forget the waffle,

Lets see........what else could i have.....a barbecue sandwich from wilburs smoke house with slaw, crispy Fry's....and a large sweet tea.....I'll skip lunch....

I should"nt reply on an empty stomach.

Musli with chopped bananas mixed in yogurt.

mmmm.

Equal parts of greek yogurt & kefir, mixed in with pureed pumpkin, apple sauce or mashed banana, cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice.  Topped with a mix of cereals (part Kashi Go Lean, Nature's Path Smart Bran and Kashi Go Lean crunch).  Oh, and homemade espresso with 1% milk and a little bit of raw sugar.

Oatmeal with a little pureed pumpkin and cinnamon mixed in it .I have it almost every morning delicious.

Peanut butter!

oatmeal with honey and milk

ha easy question!!i would have oatmeal, favorite breakfast staple ever!! have it everyday day, im an oatmeal addict you could say ha...but i am a proud oatmeal addict, because i make the best oats ever ;)

but i think i would have to have, old fashioned oats made with hemp milk, a banana, dates with pecans and walnuts, and honey :)

xx

breakfast is MY FAVORITE part of the day :) love breekie, and if i could only have one thing ha...easy, oatmeal!!! but the same oats everyday what?? lol..i couldnt handle that hehe...i love getting creative with my add ins. but what id choose would be..

multi grain oats cooked in some vanilla hemp milk (love hemp milk!)

(a must have )banana!!

sliced almonds and cashew butter

brown sugar and cinnamon

 a few fresh figs!! :)

sounds yumm right? ! ;)

pumpkin oatmeal :)

That's a VERY difficult decision, breakfast is by far my favourite meal of the day.
For me, it comes down to:
+ porridge [or oatmeal] - but am I allowed to have some variation with the mix-ins?
+ greek yogurt with muesli and berries - yum!

I've been having one slice of Nature's Own Honey Wheat Light bread (toasted) with 2 slices of turkey (great value thinly sliced about 10 cals per slice) and milk with sugar free cappuccino mix religiously for months and I don't think I will ever get tired of eating it!

hahah i have three responses:

1. if i had to stay in a calorie limit with the best nutrient density: a slice of 12 grain toast with smooth natural peanut butter, half a banana, coffee with xylitol and almond milk (unsweetened) that comes to about 120+90+50+40= 300.

2. no calorie limit and no nutrient considerations (in utopia) French toast with real maple syrup (and butter, why the hell not?!) and bacon.  Calories: oh, about a thousand.... :D

3. If I had to stay in a calorie limit with no nutrient considerations: a 1.5 cup bowl of cinnamon toast crunch cereal with 1% milk.  350-400 calories.

I have a sweet tooth obviously :) ha ha ha

Are you saying we'd be forced to eat it every day or what?  Cause if that's the case  I'd like to be forced to eat something good for me in the mornings!  (I had 1/2 a submarine sandwich for breakfast today lol)

So mine would be 3 scrambled egg whites and a banana.

who doesn't love breakfast i am obsessed with breakfast

i would have oatmeal, or special k, or a cheese omelette. or fruit, or hashbrowns. with soymilk to drink. any combination of the above and i'm good to go!
