One sandwich and watermelon a day...? advice?

Hello,

Is it okay if I drink 1 liter alcohol, one sandwich with only mayo and fish and half a watermelon a day?

Or should I eat only half a watermelon?

Um, it's not ok to eat "only" anything. I have an eating disorder and know this from personal experience. If you have one, then there's nothing I can say to convince you to stop, but I can try to give some advice. From the sound of what you eat/drink every day, it doesn't sound like you're getting enough calories in. You also want a balance of nutrients (fats, proteins, milk, fruit, starches, vegetables). I don't know your stats, but the absolute minimum anyone should be eating is 1200 calories, and depending on your situation, it should really be more. Good luck.

If I eat normally, my weight just stays as it is. 

I see you're new, so we'll give you the benefit of the doubt here. 

What exactly do you consider "normal" eating?  Are you normally eating at least 1200 calories (1500 if you are a teen)?

what is your weight and height? and what have you been eating/

Well when I eat normally I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast usually a sandwich with cheese and coffee or 2 fried eggs. Lunch... whatever I find in the fridge: sometimes fish sticks, or I make some sandwiches, fry some eggs or I make pasta. For dinner usually I eat what our family is eating. For example yesterday was meat, baked potatoes with sauce. 

I just want to look at the mirror and I want to like what I see. 

i honestly thought the first post was a joke. if you do your genius little diet you'll at worst die from starvation and malnutrition, at best lose shizzloads of vital muscle which will mean you gain it all plus lots more back once you stop and eat more.

 

based on what you eat there are a lot of simple alterations to make; try making egg-white omelettes, lowfat cheese, wholewheat bread and pasta and look at what the serving sizes are and weigh them out appropriately so you realise what a proper portion is, instead of fishsticks ask for proper white fish steamed/grilled, or prawns, or skinless chicken. snack on a handful of unsalted nuts, a piece of fruit, a sugarfree yoghurt. 

dieting shouldnt be about misery and starvation. it should be about empowerment and giving your body what it needs and deserves. treat your body well by eating well and it will show on the outside.

use the BMR calculator on this site, and subtract 250-500 cals from that number. never go lower than 1200 EVER, i wudnt even go lower than 1400 because at one point you are likely to plateau and you may have to cut more cals for a short amount of time...and remember safe weight loss is 1-2lbs a WEEK.

 of course, if your drinking a litre of alcohol every day your probably going to die soon anyway, regardless of how healthy a diet you begin to eat. have you heard of 'AA' or 'rehab'?
