Its usually 1/6th of a regular pie or 1/8th of the larger ones. I'd say if mashed it and put it in a cup it would be about 2/3 cup. The canned pumpkin usually makes 2 pies and that's about 4 cups so 2 cups a pie plus the milk which is usually a can per pie and that's 1.5 cups so 3.5 cups per pie, 6 servings...a bit over 1/2 cup filling plus the crust..so yeah.. I think 2/3 cups is about right.
Honestly no way to tell. One serving can be as "much" as 1/16th as in case of those large Costco pies. Not to mention calories per serving can vary greatly depending on how it was prepared. The best way is get the scales and weight a piece.
UD
I agree with UD. I bought half a pie and it was 15 oz. there is no way to tell. you have to weigh the piece.
