OK - I am a 37 year old female. I am an accountant with a pretty high pressure job. Here are my stats:
5' 5" Current weight 176
I have gained about 30 lbs in the last year - I think due to stress and the fact that my gym fell apart and now I have to drive 12 miles to the nearest gym.
Is there anyone out there with similar stats? Anyone who HAD similar stats recently but has since lost some of the weight?
