I remember thinking the same exact thing. One day I realized that two drops of liquid stevia is all i need for a bowl of oatmeal. It won't make your food as sweet as sugar, or in the same way. But if you want a hint of sweetness, I think its perfect!
I've used the right amount and tried adjusting it to my taste, going from adding a whole packet to hardly a sprinkle, and it still just tastes weird!
What a waste of money...bought 2 boxes at once =P

This is very true: you don't need much at all. That being said, I mostly use the flavored Stevia in bottles. A few drops in milk gives you instant chocolate/hazelnut/etc. milk or flavored coffee, etc. I find I don't like the plain Stevia packets much.
Tried it once didn't like it at all....but to each there own....before I buy it I would see if you have someplace you can try it. We have an organic resturaunt around here and that's what they had instead of sugar.....
Dont' breathe the powder in either lol! I love it though. I use it in my green tea.
I put a small amount in my coffee, it helped me kick my sugar habit!
I love Stevia! There are lots of different brands with different concentrations of stevia in it. I've tried some that have an weird after taste to it. I Love Kals brand pure stevia, I put like a 10th of a tsp in my coffee and its SWEET.
Don't give up of Stevia, you just have to find a kind you like and learn always put less that you think you need.
I really like it. I bought the 'powder' packets and if you don't mix it up properly,it will clump. Then you'll get a big chunk of it (like I did when I put it in my oatmeal) and it will taste gross. But I use one packet of it in my green tea daily. And I mix some with a little milk before I put it in oatmeal.
Why do I get bad cramps after I eat?
