Let's start at 50 days and count down from there.



*This is an ongoing challenge so anyone can join whenever they want to. And when 50 days are over, you an simply count down another 50.

If you had one of those TERRIBLE DAYS, like a day you feel was just horrid, Just add another day to your countdown..skip that day and move on.

Day 50.

I may have overdid it on the cereal in the morning, BUT...I was still within my calorie range which is something I don't normally do. I think I did pretty well.

Edit:  Came in under the cals (barely) -- it was not a workout day for me, anyway

Edit: Woo hoo!!  Came in a bit over on my calories BUT exercised for the first time in weeks and only sweets all day were 2 oreos.  Diet was also well balanced (B+) and exactly where I wanted to be for fiber, carbs, and protein.  Yay!!  Going to bed to watch a movie.  Tomorrow... day 49...

I'm so down! Day 50... I cheated bc I ate 3 handfuls of animal crackers and some fruits (1/2 a peach, and about 1/2 cup of grapes). But if I stick to my deal the rest of the day I will pan out even with cals and my fat/protein/carbs. Sometimes I need to take it by the hour instead of day-by-day... anyone else have that prob?

I'm in!

Yeah, littlemalynda, I have that problem too sometimes. A day can seem long, but it's way shorter than several months!

you cheated with fruits???  Fruits are what help me make it through the day..

Yeah -- there are times when I am pushing just to make it through the hour.  And I can usually tell when I'm going to have one of those days

 

I've just been dieting for so long and I plan out all my meals for the day so I can refine and perfect my intake. I am 1000% serious about lookin my best so fruits are kinda out. I eat them on my off days. Wink

One problem I have discovered that I have is eating late at night. I don't know what comes over me but as soon as it gets dark I just always /think/ i'm hungry when I know I'm not!
I'll tackle this challenge today!

Today was horrible and I'm so disappoint in myself.
I'm gonna try to be EXTRA good tomorrow.

Made easier by the fact that I showed up 30 minutes late to a work luncheon (due to an appt. running long) and they were out of almost everything: no chips, no soda, only crappy desserts left. I was worried about temptation there but that was eliminated. The next 2 days will be VERY tough. I work for a church and have to go to funeral luncheons the next two days. There's never anything healthy there and they little old church ladies always want you to try THEIR dessert or THEIR pasta salad. Ugh. I can do this, I can do this, I can do this.

Edit: Today I comfortably got by on 1875 calories.  If I can keep this up, I'll be great!  Thursday's and Friday's luncheons will be the real challenge.

it's boredom.  Even if you don't think you are bored, most of the time you really are.  Try to find something to keep you busy try to keep "good" snacks -- not bad stuff around...  I know, I've been there...

I like this -- I think I might be able to actually focus on the one day at time (which was my mantra for the first 50lbs -- should work for the last 10-15....

I wish I could BOLD it even more! Today was fantastic.
To save myself from the food I might eat later tonight, I'm gonna go to bed early! It's better for my health, anyways!
