One day at a time.
Hey!
I'm Haley. I'm a 20something from the great city of Birmingham. I'm burning the candle at both ends- I'm a full time double major in Business Administration & Spanish & I work full time at a large bank centered in Birmingham & I also volunteer at the YWCA. For me, It's so much easier to pop a few hydroxycut (or adderal.. I used to/still do but really don't have ADHD) & have a diet coke than actually sit down and plan out a well balanced meal and count those calories. Old thoughts creep into my head about only having diet coke for breakfast, lunch, or dinner & I must admit, sometimes I revert back... only have too much caffeine & a serving of non fat yogurt & grapes for the day.
Now the good part- I'm working on all of that. I'm working on cutting out the diet coke & I make sure I eat three meals a day. I can't honestly say that I don't have my bad days but we all do.. that's why we're all here, right?

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
