Day One (on the way to losing 60 pounds)

Day One Goal:  eat well, move, get a good night's sleep tonight, AND find some weight loss buddies.  Will that be you?

Thought For The Day:  (It's sappy.  It's trite.  But it's true!)

Today IS the first day of the rest of my life.   

Long Term Goal:  lose 60 pounds, better health, and one less excuse not to pursue things that interest me.

Thought For The Future:  Before my next birthday I hope to be not just older, but wiser too, especially wiser about my health and well-being.
