One week down - 7.5 lbs lost
so, its now 21:12 here and tomorrow morning marks my first week here using CC to try and get myself back into some form of shape that I have seen since I was 13 (I turn 30 in just under 3 months).
Have been out playing my weekly game of football (soccer) with work colleagues, 70 minutes (808 calories burnt) but noway do I feel like eating or consuming anything more today so I am going to have to face the fact I have a HUGE deficit for today.
Got home, went on the scales and I am down from 226lbs last Wednesday to 218.5 lbs on Tuesday night.
I have a big grin on my face, and although I am not neccessarily at this point eating much more healthier things, I am atleast controlling my portion sizes to make sure I am eating sensible calories, CC says my nutrition grade is on average an A- so can't be doing too bad I guess.
Well, thats my spiel over with, just wanted to post as I am ubber happy, my wife who also started last week with me has lost 5lbs, did we celebrate with chocolate or alcohol, NO ! we have a sliced banana, handful of grapes and strawberries, thats the effect that CC has had on us ! ![]()
