One week off work and my diet goes out the window

I've just had a week off work and as the title says.  I am so angry with myself and I kept saying right tomorrow I'll go back on the diet, but then something comes along to stop me.  Mainly friends or family.  I know it's because I broke my routine from when I was working, I can really stick to routines and regimes.

Has this happened to anyone else? and Have you managed to get back to your diet?

I hear you helenc, I went on "a break" for my birthday.  I didn't end up getting back on track until about 2 weeks later.  I didn't gain much, but I did lose anything.  However, no use beating youself up about it.  At least you have admitted that you need to gt back on track.  Good luck!
I'm with you there - I got sick for a week and I'm having trouble getting back in the swing of things both food wise and exercise wise. 
Welcome to my world Helenc. I do this too and have had an awful week. Monday was a disaster and the rest of the week just went down hill from there. The best thing to do is just pick yourself up and remember tomorrow is a new day.
