The one week water challenge!
Im REALLY bad at hydrating myself. I mean, I never really drink at all!
If I do - its the odd coffee, but youd be lucky if that was three cups a day.
I definetely dont drink any water.
And I should.
Ive been feeling really faint recently.
I think im dehydrated, and Im not surprised.
I dont know - I just dont get thirsty?
Or maybe I confuse it with hunger.
Anybody in the same boat as me - water hard to manage?
I feel that every time I drink water, I REALLLYY need to force myself to.
Like I need to literally make myself drink the stuff.
But ive decided as of today, that Im going to drink atleast 2 litres of water everyday for the week. And record it.
Ive invested in 15 500ml bottles of the stuff - and packed the fridge!
This is the first time ive ever really drank spring water.. and guess what..
I LIKE IT :D
I think itd be interesting to see how I felt before and after this water challenge.
Less tired? Better skin? No more headaches? Bloatedness gone?
We'll shall see ;)

im in! thats my biggest downfall too... i just plain hate it.... im usualy preaty good about toating around my little sippy cup but thats about the only way i drink it >.<
If your not used to drinking much water all of a sudden drinking 2L a day might be a bit much and you'll be peeing all the time! But go for it i thinkit's great. I have trouble to so if i keep a water bottle in front of me at wotk i'm more likley to drink if i'm looking at it all the time. I also add low KJ cordial to my water as i have stomach and water can make me feel sick. It's great only 17 KJ per serve.
You can also try adding a slice of lemon for some flavour. If you set your self little goal that might help too. Like "i should finish this bottle of water by 10am" that way you can spread them out over the day and not feel the need so scull 3 bottles at the end of the day.

maybe you should buy some Crystal Light to go packets and I think that will help you to drink your water more...
I have a silly tip that works!
Put an 8 ounce cup in your bathroom. Every time you go in, drink one before you "go". It can add 24 ounces or more to your total, with no fuss.
I tend to drink almost too much water now, but I started out with this.
Heey well ive been drinking the water for three days solid now - and can I just say. What a difference it has definetely made already!!
I look more awake, my skin looks so fresh. And my dark circles have reduced!
Only four more days to go.
But that doesnt mean I'll be giving it up. After this week, hopefully ive gotten into the habbit of drinking water so often that I wont need to keep reminding myself to! I just want to drink water without even thinking. I want it to be my drink of choice not force :)
