I can't stand it, that is why you dont' see many posts from me. Once in a while I'll check in here and see if there is anything of interest. I can't stand drama. Of course I work with pre-teens and their lives are drama.   Now don't get all bent out of shape, it's my thoughts and i'm sticking to them.

Ohhh- I just read the "lunges" one.  So much controversy lol.  So far since joining CC, I've found that most people on here do have legit info, experience and opinions that they bring to the table in usually a civil way.  There are always exceptions though.

You ought to go to www.topix.com if you want to really read some drama.  I love that site as it is uncensored and rather ruthless. :)

CC's drama always seems so mild to me. I'm one of five people running an online RPG with over 200 players. If you want drama, check in on people who channel their fantasy lives into playing games online. It's srs bsns you know?

Every so often I go to a forum like tnation for info - those guys (and gals) are pretty quick to call each other's bs - much less puppies and sunshine than here.

And when someone is spewing mis-information, it's hard to just ignore it and move on.

There is a certain degree of drama in these forums, but not the same kind of drama/bs you talk about with your co-workers.  The drama I have found in CC is more like the real life drama of everyday, real issues that people have. 

And this is probably the most civilized forums I have ever joined.

I also find CC forums quite reasonable due to, in a big way, the CC moderators.  On most unmoderated forums, any sort of discussion is almost impossible. I don't really see much bickering in these forums.  I do see individuals who don't appreciate frank feedback. The information given though is generally informed and well intended.  I give CC a B+

I love the wee bits of drama that do exist with waining or impenetrable strength. Some topic posters are feisty little beings who just aren't willing to accept or consider any of the advice they've asked for!

Best of all, are the blatant POO (you know what word I want to use) disturbers. Yes, their quick quips brighten my day most of all. It's entertainment for the masses. Online drama is my outlet for secret pleasure- this way I get to scoff at people who watch reality T.V. instead since I have other means of getting that "catty" fix!

the one thread about that girl that stated that her husband would not lose weight was pretty funny (in a pathetic way)... that girl got bashed like crazy... in the end, I even felt bad for her....

I hear WOW (World of Warcraft) can have some serious drama on it.

I remember one of my friends was really into it. He and his girlfriend would play on it and get into fights and break up constantly. It was pretty sad.

ha ha, what do you expect when people increase their testosterone? altho the gals on FA are very supportive, but there's always one.

its only drama to me when someone loses a part of their body or unless a vein pops out of their brain. you can't see that until we do video-cam forums.  no one will need reality shows then.

Drama's an inevitable part of life. When you have people interact, there will eventually be disagreements, misunderstandings, misinterpretations, etc About the only thing I'd say we're all on the same page about here is the desire to achieve/maintain a healthy weight--and even then there may be disagreements on what that is!
