the only thing that has helped with my migraines
i get killer migraines. constantly it seems. and i refuse to take what my doctor wants to give me. advil, tylenol, and all that stuff hardly makes a difference. and i can't take that stuff constantly.. its just plain unhealthy. So i did some research and found out that magnesium and folic acid help with migranes. i take some every day and my migraines have gotten less severe and happen less often. They haven't gone away but at least i'm not laying in the dark with a wet towel on my head anymore lol.

I did that too!! I take the mag with a vit. B complex in the morning, and at the onset of a migraine and extra calcium at night. I've seen the same results! Yeah for us!
melatonin is also supposed to help. Start with 3 mg, it regulates your sleep cycle better (i notice that i now sleep through the night) and if it doesnt make you too tired you can take 6 mg. Its actually a pretty cheap vitamin you can find OTC for like $6.
