I hope you do.   I will open up one of your chains.  :)
I admire your ambition. We NEED something like this ... and soon. I hope everything works out for you and that the chain spreads.
That is really a great ambition. I know a couple of REALLY successful resturants that cater to the vegitarian lifestyle, but there aren't many that cater to healthy lifestyles for everyone else.

Have you ever thought of getting a bussiness degree in college? it would help you out so much in the buisiness aspect. Opening a buisiness is hard work, but you deffinantly have a product to sell, and a demand for it. :) It has to be successful. :)

I'm sure the media in your town would love it when you do (open your resturant). The more publicity, the more buisiness. :) I'm really happy for you. I'm hoping that you can keep this dream alive! I would love to see it happen.  You can do it. make sure you hire some incredible chefs, or go into cullinary arts and become your own chef/resturant owner. :) You can do it.
I've always wanted someone to open up a restaurant that features healthy food from other countries!  my husband is from brasil and he says that their staple food is beans and rice, popular lunch like our hamburger and fries, so maybe do research and get some good ideas like that.
Well there you go!!  I will definitely be one of your best customers!! I agree with greyskies - you should get a business degree and perhaps even become a nutritionist?  It sounds like a wonderful thing to aspire to - we are behind you all the way!!
im studying Restaurant and Hotel management at school..i will manage one haha swwweet
I think it's a wonderful idea.  You're young and have time to educate yourself both in business and in food preparation.  Many of the larger health food stores have a prepared food counter.  I suggest looking at what they're offering and asking what there most popular dishes are.

That's a great idea.  I have often thought about this myself.  It would be nice to also include on the menu the calorie count, fat content, protien, fiber, etc.. of each meal so a person can see for themselves the nutritional values.  It would even be more wonderful to only cook with organic products.  I know, more $ - but people will pay for quality.  After all - what's more important than what we put into our bodies!  Good luck.

wow!! you've got to do this,i'll be one of ur workers lol.i think its a fab idea, coz there are so many meals you can have rich hearty meals and they dont have to be like all these other restaurant meals that can be filled with all sorts of fats and oils and unecassary things they think you need for flavour.

i dont mind about the organic stuff because its been on the news now isnt it that it isnt actually proven to be any better for you.i dont no?but fresh produce sounds great.

my auntie is a farmer and she know has her own shop in the farm grounds and its wonderful, wheni go and stay we all muck in and help out in her shop, like freshly made burgers, like horseradish kind and lamb sauce ones.and sausages and all kinds of stuff, she has now bin requested to make some read made things and she loves it and people pay looooooooooooads for this stuff.its also fun to vat pack the things and watch the air squeeze out...i dont quite now why that is so entertaining lol. i mean you may not say that some of the stuff she sells is healthy because they are proper cuts of meat with the fat sometimes left on,but in the freshness and no added things its so much healthier.

go for it.i think you'll go far coz you already have such determination it seems to do it.
I think it's an excellent idea!  And with more people wanting to live and eat healthier, I think its an idea whose time has come.  Best of luck!!
If you ever have a chance, visit the Moosewood Restaurant in Ithaca NY http://www.moosewoodrestaurant.com/

It's not fast food, but I bet you'd get a lot of ideas of what would go over well.
Please do this! I have been dreamign of something like this for AGES!

I have been trying to find people that want to do this as well! I think it would be amazing! Let me know when you plan on doing it, I want to help 100% I think it would literally change america.
