Opening Soon - The Total Athlete, Mentor

The Total Athlete is scheduled to open its doors this November.  The sports complex will be the home of 4 volleyball courts, 1 basketball court, turf areas for baseball and football leagues/training, a large class area for indoor fitness and boot camps and other dynamic classes, a weight room for personal training,  and much much more.  The company specializes in sport-specific speed, strength and agility training for athletes in all sports.  For more information check out www.total-athlete.com.
