1 head cabbage
8 stalks celery
2 green pepper
2 cups carrots
4 onion
1 cup scallions
28 ounces tomato
14 1/2 ounces green beans
8 cups water

Recipe Directions for Oprah's Cabbage Soup

  1. Cut vegetables.

  2. Put in BIG pot.

  3. Bring to boil.

  4. Cook for 2 or more hours.
