If you do eat there, what do you usually get?

I usually get their grilled chicken and baby spinach salad or a Foot long Turkey sub on wheat bread where I'll eat one half and save the other half or eat both Embarassed depending on how hungry I am.

I am personally really craving a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub with Swiss cheese and the such..but way too caloric...damn. Ha Ha.

The last time we were there I ordered my turkey sub and  the woman making it behind the counter who was Hindu noticed my order and kind of giggled and said "Ah, are you on diet? I see you didn't get any cheese or sauce. You diet lady." Lmao! I thought that was kind of odd, but funny and just said "Uh yes, Yes I am." I think my guy was more p*ssed off about it then I was. Tongue out

So what do YOU usually get there?

I usually get the turkey 6 inch on wheat, but I do get my cheese and light mayo with it!  And lettuce.  I want to enjoy what I'm eating!

Turkey salad with all the veggies, no cheese, and lots of vinegar.  Then I add my own 2% cheese when I get back to work.  Occasionally I will have a 6" turkey on wheat, no cheese or mayo.  I can't really taste their cheese anyway, so I figure why add it??

i don't do "light" food.  i eat what's satisfying.  at subway (a rarity), i usually have a 6" grilled chicken with cheese, veggies, and southwest sauce.

Foot long club with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, halpeneos, mustard and vinegar. I eat the whole thing. I tried with oil vs without and didn't notice any difference in taste so I skip it. I skip the cheese because I am a cheese (and chocolate) snob, and if I do have some it's the good stuff. ;)

UD

I get a 6 inch Veggie Delight on wheat with swiss cheese, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles, green peppers, onions and black pepper, all drowned in vinegar.  I'm not a huge fan of Subway, but it's one of the only things on campus that I can grab when I haven't brought enough food to school.

I usually opt for the roast beef on whatever bread looks most appetizing that day, usually whole wheat or italian herbs. I get it LOADED with vegetables, like lettuce, red onions, green peppers, jalapenos, banana peppers, and tomatoes. I just want to add, 5 DOLLAR FOOT LONG. Okay, enough of that. Tongue out

6" Veggie Max (the veggie burger - they don't have it in every location) on wheat. I get it loaded up with just about all the veggies, except for jalapenos (which give me the hiccups) and onions if I have a meeting that afternoon. I also usually try to get them to give me the baby spinach instead of iceberg lettuce. Top it all off with southwest sauce, but ask whoever is making it to go easy. Healthy? Not really,  but I only go a few times a year and there is no way I'm eating at Subway and not getting the southwest sauce.

Right now, I get a 6" chicken florentine on italian herbs and cheese bread.  No cheese.  Olive oil and vinegar parmesean and tomatoes.  Yum!

I get the 6" turkey on wheat, toasted, no cheese...add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, banana peppers, black pepper, yellow mustard - YUM!

Now, I'll get the footlong since it's only $5 and save half for later

I always get a 6" veggie sub on wheat with lettuce, tomatos, onions, green peppers, olives, jalepenos, banana peppers, hotsauce, mustard, black pepper.

turkey & cheese on wheat alot of cucumbers a lil honey mustard six inch i eat the cucumbers first then eat the sandwhich

broccoli and cheese soup with a veggie salad. no one likes their soups?? i love love love them...i also get a yogurt and some apple slices to round it out. complete meal w/ protein and dairy from the yogurt, a fruit and carbs from the apples, and veggies from the salad with a bit of fat from the dressing!! =]

Tukey & Ham with american, extra extra olives, green peppers and pepperoncinis, THEN toasted, a little bit of light mayo and a little bit of honey mustard.

mmm delicious.

People rarely get veggie max, so the patties end up sitting in the freezer in  open box for months on end. Always kinda grossed me out.

ETA: LOVE Their cheddar broccoli soup :]

Veggie sub on Hearty Italian (I Checked the website and there wasnt a difference in calories or fiber for the wheat versus italian bread) Fully loaded all veggies, spicy mustard, pepper, oregano and sometimes Italian dressing.

If I am feeling like a splurge I get a bag of light Doritos as well

I am addicted to:

Steak (cold...not heated or toasted... yes, the Subway workers think I'm weird)

on Honey Oat bread, no cheese, add only onions and lots of spinach

If I'm really daring... I'll add a swipe of Sweet Onion sauce

And, I too, get asked from time to time if I am on a "special diet" due to my odd and limited sandwich choice.

I used to eat at subway quite frequently, and never was asked if I was on a special diet because I said no mayo, no cheese, and no olive oil. Probably because I am guy. *shrug.

Footlong Turkey on 9 Grain Wheat. Cheese depends on what mood I'm in, but I like 3 slices of swiss.

Lettuce, Tomato, Bell Peppers, Sweet Peppers, red onion, jalapenos, banana peppers, cucumbers, pickles and spinach if available at that subway. As a condiment, I have them drown it in red vinegar and then I get pepper and oregano.

IDK I like it. I crave it. I often split the sandwich up over 2 meals for the day.

A 6", what ever I feel like that day.  Since it's always lunch time I've got time to adjust calories later for dinner.

I usually get a 6-inch turkey with lots of veggies and mustard. I skip the cheese and mustard but get it on the italian herb and cheese bread.  Yum!!!
