If you do eat there, what do you usually get?

I usually get their grilled chicken and baby spinach salad or a Foot long Turkey sub on wheat bread where I'll eat one half and save the other half or eat both Embarassed depending on how hungry I am.

I am personally really craving a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub with Swiss cheese and the such..but way too caloric...damn. Ha Ha.

The last time we were there I ordered my turkey sub and  the woman making it behind the counter who was Hindu noticed my order and kind of giggled and said "Ah, are you on diet? I see you didn't get any cheese or sauce. You diet lady." Lmao! I thought that was kind of odd, but funny and just said "Uh yes, Yes I am." I think my guy was more p*ssed off about it then I was. Tongue out

So what do YOU usually get there?

Just went today - got double roast beef salad with vinegar, sweet/banana peppers, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles and carrots. Really good.

I order a veggie salad with double veggies  since they dont charge for veggies I get two salads for the price of one.   And it will keep me full for 5-6 hrs then I go to bed.  I get most of my nutrition from that salad.

I used about 1/3 of a packet of Fat Free Italian Dressing. the whole packet is only 25 calories

Here is the contents of the salad

Lettuce

Spinach

Green Peppers

banana Peppers

Carrots

Cucumbers

Tomatoes

Jalapeno Peppers

Olives

Pickles

Salt Pepper for taste

Veggie Delight with full salad with double cheese and honey mustard dressing. the odd thing is that I never deviate from ut,

6'' turkey sub with swiss cheese. That's it. Maybe a little salt and pepper.

i always get the 6 inch spicy italian w/ provalone cheese on honey wheat w/ lettuce tomatoes and vinnagrette dressing. i bet that has alot of calories but i never looked it up!

p.s the peanut butter cookies are delish!!  please don't tell me how many calories are in one hehe

I always get the same thing. A 6" Ham on Wheat Bread with lettuce, tomato, a little bit of onion, bell pepper, banana peppers, spicy mustard, salt, pepper, and oregano.

I've wanted to try the veggie patties, but was always kind of scared to. I had a friend who worked at Subway and thought they looked weird. Do they taste like a normal veggie burger?

Since I stopped eating meat, the only things I order from there are the Vegimax or The Veggie Delite.

I eat Subway, on average, 3 times a week.  :-)

I always get the same thing. I order the pizza sub, maybe on honey oat or italian herb, with all the veggies (except olives cuz I am allergic) and light oil and vinegar.  I also am bad and have a triangle of each kind of cheese!  Hehe.

I have them cut it into 4 pieces and wrap the 2 6in sections seperately.  I then eat one 3in section at a time, waiting at least 1 to 2 hours between sections.  Keeps me satisfied, yet disciplined and since each has a different slice of cheese, also diversified.

6 in oven roasted chicken breast on wheat bread w/ american cheese, lettuce, tomatoe, lots of green peppers, lite mayo, salt & pepper

I always without fail get the same thing.

Footlong Turkey no cheese on Wheat (or plain White when I'm ordering at the little rinky dink Subway near the dorms that doesn't seem to have all of the breads... sad day) with lettuce, spinach, pickles, cucumbers, carrots, loads of banana peppers (I always have to ask for more, sometimes four or five times), and to top it off
Mustard and that Southwest Sauce.

Then I promptly eat half as soon as possible and then the other half later.

That's pretty judgemental of the lady who was working there. I would NOT be impressed if someone said that to me (but I'm pretty sensitive about weight/diet comments)

As for the sweet onion chicken teriyaki craving.... thats my favorite!! its not really that calorific for a meal....

Anyone know how many calories it is for a pizza sub? I can't seem to find it...

There's some bare bones info on the pizza sub

has anyone had their cookies? SOOO DELICIOUS!

they tempt me every time from their plastic see-through container at the cash register!

i use to work at subway for a year, and surpisingly i still love it there. never got sick of the food

i always order . . . 6" veggie sub on honey oat . . . lettus, onions, green peppers, olives, jalepenos, banana peppers, pickles, salt and pepper and extra oil and vinager

mmm . . . now i want subway

Turkey on Honey Oat with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, red onion, and a tiny bit of light mayo or honey mustard. Sometimes I just skip the dressing all together.

It is SO HARD to stare at those warm, gooey, fresh cookies and not buy 10 of them!

Oh, and if I have the calories and am craving them, I'll get a bag of baked lay's original. :)

I have 6" whole wheat grilled chicken with pickles, lettuce, onions, green peppers and southwest sauce. Sometimes I don't have any sauce, I don't try to eat super healthy when I go to one since it's super rare I like to actually enjoy it. I used to have it with cheese but I cut the cheese out as I realized I couldn't tell the difference in taste, save a few calories at least that way. =)

I want to try this pizza sub, I've not heard of it till now. Yum. :o

Usually a 6" whole wheat, or wrap, turkey with lettuce, tomato, onions, extra pickles & olives and honey mustard dressing. No cheese...I can never taste it anyway!

Subway’s about the only fast food I’ll eat, and that only happens every couple of months or so.

I generally get a 6 inch veggie delight on whole wheat w/pepper jack cheese, cucumbers, onions, green peppers, pickles, spinach, carrots (if they have them) and a small amount of the sweet onion sauce.

6" or footlong Veggie Delight on wheat (9 grain or whatever)

Sometimes I add provolone and swiss, but mostly I don't

All the veggies except onions

Recently added vinegar

And just pepper to finish off

I get a veggie delight or oven roasted chicken breast. Cold cuts freak me out. Both 6" on whole wheat with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, black olives, mustard and sweet onion sauce . If I'm getting a veggie I add cheddar cheese. I haven't been to Subway in the 3 months that I've been on CC so I don't know the nutritional information but they seem pretty healthy. I want to try one of the sweet onion chicken teriyaki subs but I don't eat out very often and whenever I'm at Subway they don't have them.
