I just ordered an Xvest. Anyone using this?

Has anyone had success with this device?  It is a weighted vest that you wear while working out, walking, running swimming or most any type of exercise.  It is made of nylon and comes in various sizes and weight options.  You can change the weight from 12 lbs up to 84 pounds.  The theory is similar to ankle weights; however, this weight is spread across your upper body.  Obviously if you are carrying an extra 40 pounds when you walk, run or swim, you are going to burn more calories in the same period of time than you would without the weight vest.   At any rate, I am trying to increase my calorie burn per time spent working out and I?m giving this thing a try.  Please post if you have had any experience with this.

Sorry, no, but please let me know if you find any benefit articles or anything- I'm trying to convince my parents to let me get one. XP
I will let you know.  It is on backorder for two weeks from the manufacturer.  However, after I use it...I will let you know.
