I have never heard of it, i would stick with the myoplex, E.A.S is a very good company.
Hey bodyscience. I think it is good because it has 1 or 2 carb and 20 g of protein, lactose free, isolate. I read the label and they say it doesn't cause bloating....

Here is the website. http://www.vyotech.com/products/oryx/

it is on sale these days.
most proteins are like that, low carbs, lactose free. sometimes cheap protein from companies nobody heard of, might have some nasty things in there. I know one guy that got a tape worm form drinking some cheap protein from an upstart company.
Thanks bodyscience :) OMG I dont want get a tape worm. I can't afford that...

Now tell me something. yesterday, I spent three hours in Barners and Nobles trying to read some books about weight training as I need to organize a plan. I have no idea about the muscle groups. how to do exercises for each group. I got tired and overwhelmed.

Any ideas for me? I need about a month to finish reading all these books and I don't want to waste time nor to hire a PT. Not now.

What do you think? are there any useful websites that can help me?

Thanks in advance.
you can simply look online for exersizes on different parts of the body.

lifting should be dividing into several days, each day working specifically on 1-2 body parts.

for example
Monday: Chest & Back
Tuesday: Cardio
Wedn: Shoulders & Arms
Thurs: Cardio
Friday: Legs & Back
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: Rest

the reason for this split is to prevent overtraining. if you do exercizes that work the chest on monday then do some more that work it tuesday, there's a chance you can overtrain the muscle which leads to injury and no growth.

a lot of people also don't put cardio between the lifting days. they simply go 3 days straight of lifting, but each day still to different body parts.

for your routine,
1. Pick what days you want to workout
2. Pick what parts you want to workout
3. Find excersizes for those bodyparts (easily found online)
4. DO IT

btw, my routine is from the p90x exercizes vidoes
