| 2 | tbsp butter |
| 2 | tbsp brown sugar |
| 1/4 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1 | cup chopped apple |
| 1/2 | cup flour |
| 1/2 | cup milk |
| 2 | eggs |
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Melt butter in bottom of 9 inch pie pan.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over butter.
- Put finely chopped apple over butter mixture.
- Beat eggs lightly.
- Add flour and milk and mix until just blended.
- Pour over apples.
- Bake 30-35 minutes.
- Loosen if necessary with a knife and invert immediately onto a serving platter.
