Oven Baked Cod Recipe

Makes 4 servings


I use panko crumbs for this recipe. Would not calculate onion salt.

Ingredients
16 ounces cod
3 tablespoons Flour
2 egg whites, beaten
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Mix onion salt, pepper and bread crumbs in a shallow dish.

  2. Beat egg whites with 2 tablespoons water. Dredge fish filets in flour then dip in egg whites, then into bread crumb mixture.

  3. Place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

  4. Drizzle with melted butter and top with Parmesan cheese.

  5. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
