Recipe Ingredients for Oven-Fried Onion Rings

1 large onion (Vidalia), thinly sliced
1 tbsp corn oil
2 tbsp cornmeal
2 tbsp bread crumbs, crushed fine
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Oven-Fried Onion Rings

  1. Peel onion; slice into 1/4 inch rings.

  2. Sprinkle with oil and toss to coat.

  3. Mix dry ingredients, sprinkle over onion rings, and toss to coat evenly.

  4. Place on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
