OSW~Original start weight
CSW~Challenge start weight (each month you participate)
GW~~Goal weight for the month
CW~~Current Weight
We weigh in the 1st of each month, and restate OSW,CSW,GW and CW each 7 days til the end of the month and weigh in the last day of each month with our progress !!
