Mikka, You go Wow! I know you willreach your goal. I didn't walk yesterday I was really tired from Wednesday. Wednesday is my cleaning day I over did it I cleaned my carpets myself upstairs and down stairs....What was I thinking!
Today, I feel better and plan on taking my walk. I will stop by the base to use the gym for an hour. My weight is the same 201. drinking lot's of water.
I realize we all demand or need a little magic in our lives but sad to say that we should not believe all the stories we read such as many of us believe the things we see in print and anecdotes about how someone lost 60lbs in 60 days do not buy into these stories these are all lies remember anything can be printed and it is powerful allure especially when we need to lose 60 or more pounds. Their are no quick fix diet books they lie about the effectiveness of a new fad diets. If you buy a book to help you in eating smarter, exercising better try to avoid books that make extravagant claims and check the authors educational credentials or just ask Mary here at cc she always has the answers we need.
I have committed to a life change of eating smarter and exercising better so that I live longer!

I'm Rick from New Zealand, I just joined this site on Sunday and started my diet on the 20th of June 2009. I'm 25 years old and 5'8
Start weight: 110.5KG - 243.1 lbs
Current Weight: 106KG - 233 lbs
Short term goal: 90KG - 200 lbs (By 1.1.2010)
Long term goal: 80KG - 176 lbs (14.11.2010 my birthday)
