Goals:  Lets get back to the basics!

Workoff those extra foods Challenge

work toward burning off that extra pumpkin pie, extra stuffing and extra mashed potatoes this week!  Lets focus on the next 3 weeks really hard!

VK:  Correct!  9/1 is just to see where we are beginning at... Measurements are important on 9/1 too because they will help track how much inches we are losing! :-)  The next weight in will be 9/10/07~

Thx Ash for doing this, i need some extra motivation!!!!  Ill so all my stats for ya today and post away!!  

 

Count me in I hope this will give me modivation that is my hardest step in weight loss.  I get going good but have a hard time sticking with it.  But since I got on the web site it has been so much fun to use the tools and stuff.  (I am very geeky I guess)  My husband is working on weight loss with me which really helps.  I think this is going to be a lot of fun.

FYI:  I will be out of town tonight and tomorrow but will be returning on Sunday... GONE!  :-)  Great stats and goals for those that have posted.  i will be posting mine tonight before leaving!

I am in too...ready to start tomorrow...9/1 is a new month...new plans...new goals...I feel good about it...but I say that all the time...so all I can do is try!

I will be posting all of my stats tomorrow...probably in the afternoon after I buy a tape measure and measure everything...but I will get them in on the 1st so that I am right along with everyone else!!

So this is my first challenge on CC (and I am sooo excited...I can pretend I am on the Biggest Loser...its the motivation I need!!! but I digress...).  Are we supposed to post our daily points earned here or just weekly? 
9/1 water intake: 113 oz.

(This week's challenge should be easy for me as I've been shooting for 100+ oz. of water for the last 2 weeks anyhow!)
