Hi  i ate too late last night and i am sure that i went over my calorie intake. Today i have only eaten around 1100 and am sure that i am not going to over eat later. ( i had a lot of wine yesterday with my neighbor) Does everything balance it self out or should i eat another 100 calories. i also exercise everyday for an hour and also chase my 2.5 year old around.

You know were all gonna say it, have the other 100 cals. no ones gonna advise you to go below the bare minimum. Whats your usual calorie intake?
Well, lately my intake is too much, but i aim for 1400-1500 cal.
I say go with the extra 100 cals, yeah stuff does balance itself out but you have to get your 1200 cals a day consumed. dont worry considering the exercise you do i think your fine. I'd check n make sure your not undereating.

I agree with the other posters. Today is a new day, and you don't want to slow down your metabolism by eating below the bare minimum. Besides, if you try to eat 1100 at this point, you are likely to end up binging later tonight :-(.
