Over eating

I am 5'6 160 (gw 150) start weight 235. I have eaten 2,400 cals the past 4 days. I am not hungry I just want to eat. Help Help I know I am going to start gaining soon.

You are obviously bored or anxious and need to either start to drink more water or get out there and do some exercise to suppress that appiete.
 
I have been there several times and the only thing that helps me is to take the focus of the food and diet for a few hours and go talk to friends, exercise or read a book!

I agree with katepicker.. anddd I have to recommend something! Dance Dance Revolution, it is such fun exercise!  There are workout modes where you put your weight and the goal for the amount of cals you want to burn and there are easy to difficult settings and it doesn't take long to break a sweat if you're really trying! you can buy a game and a  mat for under $80 :p I got mine off www.ddraction.com. But anyway, any kind of exercise usually gets you in a good mood and it feels good and for me at least gets my mind off of food!

3. Go for a walk
4. Stop saying, "I want to eat," and start saying, "I want to read a book."

I WHOLLY agree that boredom is a powerful motivator.
