I'm sorry that i post such stupid questions but i dont have anyone else to vent to. my doctor said i am fine and my family is sick of hearing about this.
i know that i have to up my calories. I've been eating well below 1200 a day for three months and its starting to get to me. I've been trying really hard to do this these past two days but its so hard. I just had dinner and my calories for the day is only like 800 but i felt like i ate too much even though i'm starving. I'm very scared of ganing all the weight I've lost back because I still want to lose more.
I guess what I am asking is if anyone else has been through this and how did you motivate yourself to eat more? Please :(

You cannot motivate yourself because it is not a motivation issue. You need a psychologist and nutritionist and you need them ASAP.
I am not sure why your doctor has said you are fine and what exactly your family is sick of hearing about. Perhaps your doctor is not aware you are eating at a starvation level and have been for three months at least?
I am sure others will post responses here on how to spread the intake out over the day to try to up the calories, but without some professional supports the fear of gaining weight will always drag you back.
I am truly sorry you are struggling but part of the issue is you are focused on the wrong struggle -- you need professional involvement at this stage. Please go and get it.
In the last thread you started, you said you were on a diet. Now you are saying that really, you are under-eating because you are afraid of gaining weight. I'm not sure you realize what you are doing to your young body. There is no way that on so few calories you are fuelling your body with what it needs. The minimum intake for a sedentary female over 21 is 1200 calories per day. For a sedentary female under 21 or a man over 21 it is 1500 per day, and a sedentary male under 21 1800 per day. And believe it or not, that’s only the sedentary minimum. Unless you are very, very short and small, and/or if you are working out it is very likely you will need even more calories than those minimum guidelines.
The physical dangers that come with undereating are numerous. You put yourself at risk of osteoporosis, of loss of fertility if you lose your period, hair loss, electrolyte problems, a weakening of the immune system, low blood pressure, blood disorders such as anemia, heart problems, and even death. The mental woes that come alongside can be just as devestating. Depression is common in undereaters, as well as distorted perceptions and problems like Body Dysmorphic Disorder.
If you have been honest with your doctor about your calorie intake, and he/she is still not worried about things, then you need to find yourself a new doctor. Teens who under-eat are subject to a whole host of medical problems (some of which I stated above). And if you cannot motivate yourself to eat more, then you may need professional help.
Please remember that we here at CC are here to support people, but we cannot help people who are not willing to help themselves. You seem to want to help yourself, but this might not be the best place for you. If the risk of gaining a little weight means more to you than your health, then there's not much else we could possibly say to convince you to eat more.
