* weight on Aug 18: I was on vacation and weighed in at a friend of my moms and was up 2 lbs, so I think my scale or hers is wrong so I am not counting this week.  but vacation was nice

* weight on Aug 4: don't know, I'm away from home - no scales!
* weight on Aug 11: still no scales. Am flying home today. Have been BAD while I was gone, though, so I am not going to weigh myself until I've had a chance to be GOOD for a couple weeks. I can tell by my waistbands that the number on the scales right now would make me despair - big time!!!
So, I may not weigh myself until Aug. 25 and hopefully by then I'll be back to my July 28 weight. Intend to keep on going full-speed right on through the fall. This summer definitely derailed me - I've been away from home for more than 4 weeks. But I can turn this back around AND WILL!
* weight on Aug 18: Still not willing to brave the scales. But I've eaten right for 5 days straight now and exercised the last 2. I'm hoping that next Monday will show that I lost the weight I gained on vacation.

Step it up a bit -- oh wow - I need to do that - I can't believe I didn't lose any - not even a .2  --- lol --- but I am thinking of buying a new scales that weighs in tenths of pounds - maybe I did lose a .2 -- but how would i ever know lol

anyway - keep up the good work everyone - we are well on our way and Friday is Aug 1 -- wow!
