How can I overcome evening grazing?

I'm a 60 year old male. I took off over 150 pounds and have kept it off for more then three years. However - my weight continues to creep, creep, creep upward in spite of all my effort. It's extremely disheartening. Please don't say at least you don't weigh 350 pounds again. Help! How do I keep it off? It's harder all the time.
Answer
If evening snacks are pushing up your calories, then you need to understand them better. If you are not actually hungry, then why do you snack? The solution could be as simple as turning off TV and getting creative, or it might be more complicated. Or there might be another reason why you are gaining, such as too many restaurant meals. It might help to work with a registered dietitian at this time. I don't know your orientation to maintenance, but it is different from dieting.
