I have this problem where everyday I overeat at around lunch time. I eat until I am full...healthy food but nevertheless the calories add up. Then I immediatley proceed to go on my daily workout routine to make up for what I ate. I burn off the calories from lunch but I don't think I should be binge eating like this...does anyone have any tips on how I can fix this?
I do this too... I eat like crap at lunch. I bring along the best foods but my co-workers totally sabotage me... mainly the older ladies who are friends with my italian grandmother.... oh god do they love to feed me. They all think I am far too thin to be italian. >:P Well whatev... I am switching positions tomorrow and I really hope that will change my dieting habits for the better. (going from a grazing cow to a skinny minnie, lol)
What are you eating for breakfast? I legitimately like eating a big breakfast because it sets a precedent for the rest of the day and I eat less later. If you're not having a solid breakfast, it could lead you to be overly hungry at lunchtime.

hmmm...yes...my breakfast could be bigger perhaps if I were to eat more in the morning I wouldn't get so hungry at lnuch time...
I don't have meals while at work. I eat all day. An apple. An hour later a pear. An hour later some sugar snap peas. Etc. And lots of water. Helps a lot.

This is what I do as well. I don't sit down for a designated lunch time. I pack a small lunchbox cooler with 4-5 small things: One yogurt, half a sandwhich, a peach, one serving of crackers, almonds, etc. Then I eat one item about every two hours at my desk. I keep my metabolism up, and because I eat frequently, I satisfy my hunger. I don't have to wait 4 hours between breakfast and lunch, end up with a growling stomach, and then end up stuffing myself. I also refill gatorade bottles with tasty sugar-free drinks like de-caf iced tea, crystal light, or water, and drink plenty. I also keep sugar free mints with me and have them instead of a snack ife my mouth gets "bored."
