Overeating...
Ugh! Why did I eat everything in sight today? The chocolate and the muffin really put me over the top! Perhaps because I'm about to start my period? Or maybe that's just an excuse... anyone else have trouble with PMS?
all the time. I assume that because I'm PMSing or whatever, that I deserve chocolate or something. Basically, I overeat all the time. If you figure out the cure, you've got to help me out!
Until then I suggest throwing away all temptation!
that was so me yesterday. I tried hard but ate everything in sight and when it got to dinner time I took my nice healthy salad and drowned it in ranch dressing. At that point I gave up the fight for the day, had the ice cream sandwitch and vowed to do better today. Today was better LOL tomorrow will be a better day for you too!
Right before my period I eat everything in sight. I get uncontrollable cravings, I literally just want to stick my head in the fridge and start sucking. Anything that makes it in is fine. I do not eat healthy the two days before I start. I actually have to stop myself from eating, because I will end up making myself sick. The worst part is that while I am miserably full I still have the desire to eat. It only happens around the two days before I start. It is awful!
Sorry, no cure from me, but good to know I'm not alone! =)
I feel your pain. I made a similar thread, recently. I binged for 3 days in February, but was able to keep around maintenance calories... I'm 1/2-way proud of myself.... I went and ran for celery and hummus as opposed to potato chips and onion dip. So at least I was eating healthier, even if I was eating too much. It helps me to have some fresh veggies pre-cut and washed and ready to grab... Helps me feel more like I'm "snacking" if I don't have to sit and prep everything, first, if that makes ANY sense. Have to tried those new Quaker mini rice cakes? (Quakes I think they're called...) They're "fluff"... Zero nutritional value. but crunchy and tasty and it seems like you can have 7 of the chocolate cakes for something like 60 calories... Really great for chocolate fix without feeling too guilty! Hang in there, hon. And just try to get it nipped in the bud in a day or three as opposed to a week!
