i need help n i need itr fast...... i have noticed lately that im lossing weight too much, too fast.... ive always been skinny but during my last few years of high school i gained a few pounds n really felt good about myself...then i started having sex n using birth control n i started to loss weight i stopped using it in hopes that i would keep the weight on but instead i started loosing more weight...to add to my frustration 2day i was getting dressed in front of my bf of 2 years when i bent over 2 get something when i came back up he had a disturbed looked on his face then he asked me if i have been loosing weight.. i asked y he said my body doesnt look the same
(he's an ass guy) at first i was mad at him then i went into the bathroom to take a better look n realized that in less than a month i went from j-lo to Brittney... on top of it all my favorite pair of jeans have magically become too big for my body...wtf!!!! i really need to start packing on the pounds....help!!
Yes i am a man.. but still think i can help, well maybe. Gaining weight is neccessary particularly if you are much below 20 BMI and particularly urgently if below 15. You need to increase food intake particularly of foods with higher fat and protein content [for protein consider any healthy food with over 10g of protein per 100g good.] Try to eat consistently throughout the day with 3 meals and snacks in between. Aim for over 2,000 cals whilst maintaining moderate excercize, possibly More if your a naturally thin type like myself, as metabolism may increase as with food uptake. Don't bother listening to the borderline anorexic trash for fat free foods being healthy. Things like Tuna and oat products are good.
