6 packs !? How to achieve?
I always thought 6 packs are urban legnds... stuff of myths.
I thought i want to try to shape up my 1 pack belly into a 6 pack belly!
Following some research on the internet, I found that you need 8% of Fat in your body(form Men) to have the 6 packs "achievement"
I was wondering if you have some tips as to how to achieve such a low fat % without loosing muscle weight!
Lift heavy weights and eat fewer calories than you burn.
Everybody has a "six pack." The only way to get rid of belly fat that covers that up is through cardio and healthy eating. There's an article in About.com about it if you want to check it out.
cardio is not the only way, nor the most optimal - but it can do the job. If you don't want to lose muscle you need to have strength training as part of the regimen. Like Sully said, lift heavy - eat fewer calories.

If you're lifting heavy weights you're already doing cardio.
Oh yeah, and one more thing ...
... be born with the genetics to have muscles that are actually that shape.
once you get them...the easiest way to help keep them....is sex...missionary style. (and yes i'm being serious)
hmm, if you are a man, that is...

women...get on top, and gyrate that belly...works for both sex's
Wouldn't it be difficult for a woman to achieve 8% body fat? Or unhealthy?
Potentially lethal, actually. Below 12% body fat for extended periods of time is likely going to kill you because of hormonal distortions; Jamie Eason is famous partiall because she's a genetic mutant who can comfortably stay at 7-9% body fat for extended periods where almost anyone else would plain die from it.
Edit: Once you've done the useful amount of lifting for your current training program, taking a walk or other low-intensity exercise that does not cause competing endurance adaptations to take precedence over the strength adaptations from your training can enhance your results somewhat. you're subbing in a low-grade steady state cardio burn for dietary restriction so it's not strictly speaking neccesary, but I like options that let me achieve the calorie deficit you're after without unduly restricting food intake.
Keep lifting. It has worked for my friends.
Turn 21 and go to the 7 11
I'm surprised Spiro hasn't added her "abs are made in the kitchen"
The surgeon I work for calls ventral hernias "Kegs"

did it twice worked great...I highly recommend...if not the workouts....just the diet book alone is spectacular.
I have long since been trying to do the same thing my friend. The key to gaining a six pack, since some people don't have the genetics for one, or arent practically born with one, is a healthy lifestyle. You really need to control your eating habits because eating healthy is the biggest part of burning those extra calories. Like you've heard a million times before eat smaller meals throughout the day rather than your three breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it helps to get your metabolism running longer through the day. If you have the time a combination of cardio and strength training will get you those results faster, often looking a little better too :). You just have to stay motivated and work toward your goal and eventually you will get them.

Hahaha, I did the same thing and now feel the same way. :( She is smoking hot.
I have to say that I have ab definition, and I believe my bf% is around 14% (yet, I got my period)... and I'm a girl! But that's according to online calculators. Jamie Eason's body is perfect though...
I was reading a book on ironman competitors ('cause they're awesome) and it was basically bio's of several successful ironmen (and women!)... these are people that win and place in Kona. It showed most of the men had a bf% of 5%, and the women had it between 7-9%.

I just did too... Personally, I don't think anyone's body is perfect if it is at such an extreme level that no one else can maintain it.
