No pain, no gain???
Yesterday I lifted weights. It was an arm day and I felt like I really worked out hard. I just knew I was going to be in major pain today. However, I'm not sore at all. Did I not work out as hard as I thought? Is it possible to gain muscle without being sore the next day?

Well...
If you've been lifting for awhile, you aren't going to be anywhere close to as sore as when you first started. Probably time to increase the weights a little bit.
Also, with me at least, TWO days after I work out is always far worse than the day after. I've been fine the day after and unable to get out of bed without some serious grimmacing and cringing that second day after.
I actually did up my weights on some of my exercises. Maybe I will wake up sore in the morning.
