Nope, I wouldn't consider it bad...just don't use a lot of olive oil. Mmmm....sounds good, too!

Nope, I would just make sure to measure out the olive oil....

Olive oil is high in calories. Over 100 calories per tablespoon. What I like to do is spread mustard on it then put bread crumbs on it and the through it in the oven.  But now I just like to BBQ it because the bread or the flour is not worth the calories to me.

jacquelyn2714 - that should work really well and be lovely, and to minimise oil use, you could brush oil onto the chicken with a pastry brush then put in a dry frying pan, then pat it dry before you put it in the oven. Olive oil is very good for you, and 10mls is about 80 cals, and would easily be enough to brush over a piece of chicken.

I agree. It sounds great and I might just have to make it for dinner tomorrow. Olive oil is great for you. Just be sure to measure out how much you are using as any oil is a little higher in calories. I like holsfisher's idea of brushing it on that way you get a nice even coat without any excess oil.
