| 4 | oz tilapia fillet |
| 1 | spray olive oil |
| 1 | dash clove |
| 1 | dash paprika |
| 1 | dash sage |
| 1 | dash salt |
Recipe Directions for Pan fried tilapia w/ clove paprika and sage
- Spray fillet and covered non-stick skillet with olive oil spray.
- Sprinkle ground cloves, ground paprika, sage and salt on fillet.
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes. (Optional for more flavor)
- Turn over and repeat seasoning on other side.
- Let stand 5-10 minutes. (Optional for more flavor)
- Heat oiled skillet to med-high.
- Place fillet in pan for three minutes covered.
- Turn fillet over and cover for two to three minutes covered.
- Remove pan from heat and let rest for two minutes covered
