Delicious and easy recipe to cook lean sirloin steak

Recipe Ingredients for Pan Seared Sirloin Tip Steak and Onions

8 ounces sirloin tip steaks (thin cut)
4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced

Recipe Directions for Pan Seared Sirloin Tip Steak and Onions

  1. Preparation:

  2. Coat steaks with salt, worcestershire sauce, pepper and garlic powder. Let marinate for 15 minutes to an hour.

  3. Heat a skillet on medium high heat, add olive olive oil and make sure to coat the entire skillet with it. Add steaks and sear for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Remove them and set them aside.

  4. Slice onion thinly (or medium depending on preference), add to skillet and cook until golden.

  5. Serve steaks with onions on top or on the side.
