Pancake recipe that can be used on a candida cleanse diet

Recipe Ingredients for Pancakes (candida friendly)

1 1/2 cups whole meal flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp xylitol
1 1/4 cup lactaid reduced fat milk
1 organic large egg
3 tbsp fat free greek yoghurt

Recipe Directions for Pancakes (candida friendly)

  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender (wet ones first) and mix thoroughly

  2. Cook on a hot pan - with a little coconut oil to stop them sticking -really only needed for the first one

  3. Use 1/4 cup per pancake

  4. Serve hot from the pan - yum!

  5. You can make the pancakes and freeze them for later. When you're ready to eat them, put them uncovered on a plate in the microwave on high for 35 seconds each
