Swedish pancakes

Ingredients
1 large egg
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk, low-fat
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp Butter
4 tbsp Olive oil
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients. Grease pan with oil and butter.

  2. Pour 1/3 cup into pan.
