Yummy dutch pancake

Recipe Ingredients for Pannekoeken

6 eggs
3/4 c skim milk
3/4 t salt
3/4 c flour
4 T butter
1 1/3 c blueberries
4 T light sour cream
4 T brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Pannekoeken

  1. melt 1T butter in 4 pie pans

  2. mix eggs, milk, salt and flour, pour into pans and bake in a preheated, 450 oven for 15 minutes.

  3. Reduce heat to 350 and bake another 8 minutes.

  4. Serve with berries, sour cream and brown sugar.
