i checked the website as well. Piss poor job of a website...this is what they call a nutrition page? http://www.paradisebakery.com/menu_nutrition. php
Hell must be pretty bad for you if they don't show the nutritional values...

Ah! I know! I might just have to eat half the sandwich and call it good.
can you get the sandwich w/ no mayo? That might be a little better for you?
I received this email in requards to a similar question:

I have gotten similar responses from multitudes of restaurants. Responses like:
"We have sent our food to the lab to be tested and hope to have information soon"
"We are in the process of developing a nutritional information guide"
"Nutritional information coming soon!"
But guess what? Still nothing, and for many restaurants it's been over a year since I've heard any response.

Well Louie Kizis, don't you think that 1 1/2 years is enough time to put the nutritional information for the muffins has passed? When is Paradise Bakery & Cafe going to get their stuff together and stop delaying any further?
HOGWASH! Deceitful! Stop wasting time and do it! ![]()
