Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
The label says 1TB = 5g = 15 cal. Awesome, right? 1tb of cheese is 15 cal? WRONG!
I just weighed out 5g and it was half a teaspoon. I understand a little bit of error in food labeling, but this is ridiculous! How can they get away with this??
I'd been using measuring spoons but no longer.

A tbsp is 15 grams.
