Parmesan Crusted Tilapia Recipe

Lightly breaded tilapia filets with a cheesy flair.

Ingredients
24 ounce tilapia fillets
4 tbsp margarine, melted
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp water
2 eggs, beaten
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Rinse and dry tilapia filets.

  3. Beat eggs and mix with water in a small bowl.

  4. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, paprika, and butter in another bowl.

  5. Dip tilapia into the egg wash and then into the bread crumb mixture.

  6. Place in a greased glass dish and bake for 12-15 minutes.
