NO SMOKES FOR 60 DAYS!!!

Flamel - This does not surprise me a bit.  I knew you would do it.  Good job.  So proud of you!  Congrats and {{{{{HUGS}}}}}!!

Vee fills the room with balloons and big bouquets of roses.  Brings in big trays of veggies, very lean cold cuts and fills the punch bowl with yummy sugar free punch.  Although, he deserves it, considering all the friends who what to stick to good eating plans, we will not tempt them.

I'm using the Patch. It makes quitting smoking much easier but is in itself highly addictive. But I don't want to stink up my lungs!
