Past Calories burned log....can you access them?

Quote  |  Reply

I was wondering if there was anyway that you can go back and look and your total calories burned for a particular date. I know you can review past food logs, but Im not sure how to do it for calories burned. Does anyone know how to do it, or if its even possible?? I would like to go back and figure out my calorie deficiet for the past couple of weeks and compare it to my weight lost to see how accurate I might be at logging my calories in and burned.

Thanks!

Nope, for some reason that's not a feature they've thought of adding, although it would be extremely useful, wouldn't it! All you can do is enter the same activities and times that you recall from a past day on a new day and take note of the total before erasing it ready for that day's actual calories burned.

I enter mine in my journal every night for this very reason.  It would be very nice if you could access them.

Thats too bad that you cant access them! But I think I will start to record them myself for the next two weeks. (Great idea Alle). Thanks for the responses!

See http://caloriecount.about.com/forums/post/740 54.html, and a lot of other posts about it. No one knows why it hasn't been added, but speculation is that it's because burn estimates are inaccurate. But if that's so, then why does anyone bother using the activity log anyway?
